Return Process

  Log into your account portal or use our guest return tool to provide your order number and select the specific items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware included to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Print your prepaid shipping label and schedule a carrier collection, or for oversized furniture, our white-glove team will contact you for a scheduled retrieval.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
